The Expander 608 is white powder in a thermoplastic expansion microsphere with a foaming rate of 50-70 times.Simple foaming process and the microsphere with good resilience.repeated extrusion without rupture.It is non-toxic and pollution-free.Can be used as an environmental foaming agent in high-end products and high value-added products.

Features:

1. Narrow particle size distribution and high foaming ratio;

2. Velvet or mat finish;

3. Form a single bubble and the foaming process is simple;

4. The microspheres have good resilience and can be extruded for many times without breaking;

5. It can also be foamed in low viscosity materials;

1. Storage:Store in dry and ventilated place.Temperature not exceed 50℃.flame strictly prohibited .keep away from the oxidant.the acid and alkali.

2. Transportation:No mix-transportation with acid.alkali.oxide.Prohibit contacting fire or heat.avoid heat and direct sunshine.

3. Processing:keep well ventilated in workshop.avoid dust harm and do not store many products in workshop.
